Getting started
Windows PIN & Sign-in
Recover access when your Windows PIN is unavailable after a restart or settings change.
01Try password sign-in
- At the Windows sign-in screen, select Sign-in options and choose the password option.
- Enter your account password. Your account password and Windows Hello PIN are different credentials.
02Reset Windows Hello
- If the sign-in screen offers I forgot my PIN, follow the account verification prompts.
- Once signed in, open Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options → PIN (Windows Hello) to change or reset your PIN.
03If you still cannot sign in
- Use Microsoft’s account recovery guidance or your device administrator.
- Tell Cheat Market support which product you were setting up, your Windows version and what changed before the problem. Never send your password, PIN or recovery key in a ticket.
