Getting started
Anti-Virus Setup
Find Windows security settings and identify a blocked file or connection.
Before changing a setting
Use the requirements for your exact product and current loader build. Keep your Windows recovery information available before making firmware changes.
01Check Protection history
- Open Windows Security, then Virus & threat protection.
- Open Protection history and locate the event matching your loader. Note the affected file, detection name and time.
- Send those details to support if you are unsure whether the file is the correct build.
02Find the relevant controls
- Virus & threat protection → Manage settings contains real-time protection controls.
- Firewall & network protection lists the active network profiles. Check which connection is blocked before making a change.
- Device security → Core isolation details contains device protection settings. Follow only confirmed product-specific requirements.
03Check firmware information
- Press Windows + R, enter msinfo32, then read BIOS Mode and Secure Boot State.
- Check the product requirements before entering firmware setup. Keep your recovery key available; motherboard menus vary.
04After troubleshooting
- Restore temporary security changes when setup is complete.
- If the loader is still blocked, open a support ticket with the exact message instead of trying unrelated configuration changes.
